Welcome to the Article Apothecary. Below are the terms under which you may purchase, use, and publish articles crafted by Dreamspace Studio. By purchasing from this shop, you agree to abide by the following policies in full. These terms are legally binding and are designed to protect both the integrity of the work and the values of the studio.

1. Licensing Tiers

STANDARD LICENSE (Included with Base Purchase)

  • You may publish the article as-is or lightly edited, but you must retain full author credit: By Nicole Myers, Dreamspace Studio
  • You may format or adjust the article for your brand’s voice and audience tone — as long as the original meaning and byline remain intact.
  • Permitted platforms: blogs, newsletters, websites, digital magazines.

GHOSTWRITING LICENSE (Add-On Fee Required)

  • You may publish the article under your own name, pen name, or brand.
  • No author credit is required for Nicole Myers or Dreamspace Studio.
  • This license is ideal for businesses, agencies, or creators seeking fully ghostwritten content.
  • Add-on must be selected at checkout.

2. Forbidden Uses

All purchases are bound by these ethical usage guidelines:

  • NO resale, redistribution, or uploading to PLR (Private Label Rights) or content marketplaces.
  • NO use in AI training datasets or scraping tools of any kind.
  • NO use in misinformation, scam funnels, clickbait farms, hate speech, or exploitative content.
  • NO illegal or unethical marketing campaigns.
  • NO publication on spammy or low-quality backlink sites.
  • NO modification that undermines the original intent of the article or misrepresents it.

Dreamspace Studio reserves the right to revoke licenses without refund if content is used in violation of these terms.

3. Studio Ethics & Expectations

Dreamspace Studio believes in responsible content creation. We value:

  • Transparent storytelling
  • Ethical marketing
  • Accessibility and inclusion
  • No shortcuts that exploit readers or creators

If your business or brand operates outside these values, this store is not the right fit for you.

4. Refund & Delivery Policy

Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of articles:

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the file is delivered.
  • If a technical issue prevents file access, we will gladly resend your files or provide alternate delivery.

5. Copyright & Legal Protection

  • All content created by Dreamspace Studio is protected under U.S. copyright law.
  • Licensing grants you limited usage rights, not ownership.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content may result in:
    • DMCA takedown notices
    • Legal action
    • Future ban from purchasing
