Call for Submissions: Dreamspace Sparks, Volume Two
The Dreamspace Studio is now accepting submissions for Volume 2 of our seasonal literary zine, Dreamspace Sparks.
We welcome:
- Poetry
- Short stories
- Flash fiction
- Personal essays
- Reflective pieces
- Experimental work
Submissions are free. We cannot offer payment at this time, but all contributors will receive full credit, an author spotlight in the back pages, and a special code to download a free copy of the finished issue.
This zine will be published as a digital collection (EPUB) in September 2025, available via our blog and subscriber platform. Submitters will receive a coupon code via the submitted email for a free copy of the publication, which they can keep and enjoy.
Theme: Open. If you’re inspired by the idea of a flicker in the dark, a signal in the noise, or the fragile glow of human experience—this might be the space for you. Share your spark.
Deadline: August 30, 2025
Length:
- Poetry: Up to 3 poems
- Prose: Up to 1,500 words per piece
- You may submit more than one piece, but please keep it under 3,000 words total
If selected, you retain full rights to your work. We ask for first digital rights and the ability to archive the piece as part of the issue.
