Administrative Holiday: The Life of a Showgirl Release Day

By the powers vested in me (as Boss of Myself, President of My Feelings, and Keeper of the Eldest Daughter Wounds),
I hereby declare today an official administrative holiday on October 3-5, 2025, for the purpose of:

  • Listening to every song, preferably in the dark
  • Crying, screaming, dancing, or lying on the floor as required
  • Texting your group chat about Track Five
  • Reading lyric analyses and unhinged fan theories
  • Eating snacks with one hand while clutching your heart with the other

All deadlines, chores, and capitalist expectations are hereby postponed until further notice.
This permission slip is valid for all Swifties, eldest daughters, feeling-havers, and creative souls.

Signed,
Niki Myers
(Dreamspace Management, Swiftie Dept.)

If you need a permission slip, please feel free to print this one out. If your boss asks, tell them “Thimble said so.”

A humorous permission slip declaring an unofficial holiday for fans of Taylor Swift, featuring playful text and an orange glitter background.

Permission Granted By:

Niki, Sol, Thimble, Felipe,
and the rest of the inhabitants of the Dreamspace
